Chart Prompts

Restyle my chart in the "Art Deco" style described below. Keep my data, chart type, title meaning and units; change only the presentation. Use the charting library this project already uses (plain SVG if there is none). If the library can't express a detail, draw it in a custom layer instead of dropping it. Measurements assume a 960 x 600 chart; scale them proportionally.

Mood: a 1920s grand hotel lobby. Midnight navy, metallic gold foil, symmetry, a sunburst, stepped ziggurat forms and fine double rules.

Colors (use these exact values):
- Background: #0A1020 (midnight navy).
- Gold: #D4AF37 (base), #F3E2A9 (highlight), #8A6A1F (shadow).
- Foil gradient for the highlighted mark: horizontal, #8A6A1F at 0, #F3E2A9 at 28%, #D4AF37 at 50%, #F3E2A9 at 72%, #8A6A1F at 100%, so each shape looks like a polished metal column.
- Muted foil for the other marks: the same five stops in #4A3A14, #A88A3C, #7C6428, #A88A3C, #4A3A14.
- Title fill: a vertical gradient #F3E2A9 to #D4AF37 (55%) to #8A6A1F.

Typography (Google Fonts):
- Title: Limelight, 38px, uppercase, letter-spacing 2px, centered, gold gradient fill.
- Subtitle and years: Poiret One, 19px subtitle, 17px years, in #F3E2A9.
- Labels and numbers: Raleway 600, category names 13px uppercase with 3px letter-spacing, values 16px (20px and #F3E2A9 for the highlight), axis labels Raleway 500 13px. Footer Raleway 500, 11px, letter-spacing 4px, centered, gold at 80%.

Ornament:
- Frame: a 2px gold rectangle inset 18px and a 0.8px gold rectangle inset 26px.
- Corners: in each corner, three nested L-shaped gold rules stepping inward (8px apart, lengths 46, 34 and 22px) plus a small solid gold diamond.
- Under the title: two 200px gold hairlines flanking a row of three diamonds (outline, solid, outline).
- Sunburst: 25 gold rays fanning up from the center of the baseline, alternating 12% and 6% opacity, over a soft radial gold glow (16% opacity at the baseline center fading to 0), faded out toward the top of the plot with a gradient mask.

Axes and grid:
- Horizontal gridlines as gold dotted hairlines (0.8px, dasharray 1 4, 28% opacity). Labels with units ("300 m") right-aligned left of the plot. The baseline is a double rule: 2px gold, then 0.8px gold 5px below.

Marks:
- Bar chart: each bar is a stepped ziggurat tower: a full-width body, then a 70% tier and a 40% tier, each 12px tall, with the top of the narrowest tier at the data value. Overlay vertical mullion lines (1.2px navy at 45% every 9px). The highlight bar uses bright foil, the rest muted foil. Value centered above, name and year centered below.
- Line chart: a 3px line filled with the foil gradient (#D4AF37 if gradients on strokes aren't possible), with small gold diamond markers (8px, rotated squares) at each point, and a thin 0.8px gold second line 4px beneath the first to echo the double rules. Fill the area under the line with vertical mullions at 20% opacity.

Avoid: flat yellow instead of foil, bright white text, rounded corners, drop shadows, and anything asymmetric in the header.

When you're done, render the chart and check that the foil sheen reads as metal, the ziggurat tops land exactly on the values, the rays never cross the title area, and the corner ornaments sit fully inside the frame.
