Chart Prompts

1,337 ways to dress a line or bar chart, 669 light and 668 dark. Open any chart to see it full size and copy a prompt that gives your own chart the same look.

Every chart uses illustrative data. The prompts work with any coding agent and any charting library; they describe colors, type, spacing and marks precisely enough to reproduce each look.

Paste it with your chart's code. It restyles your data to match this chart.

Restyle my chart in the "Adherence Blister" style described below. Keep my data, chart type, title meaning and units; change only the presentation. Use the charting library this project already uses (plain SVG if there is none). If the library can't express a detail, draw it in a custom layer instead of dropping it. Measurements assume a 960 x 600 chart; scale them proportionally.

Mood: a stack of weekly blister packs on a dark slate counter. Calm health-app clarity: soft rounded cells, one mint accent, one amber flag for the week that needs attention.

Colors (use these exact values):
- Background: #1A1F24 slate. Blister cards: #232A31 with a 1px #343E48 edge.
- Taken cells: #6EE7B7 mint with a white 40% highlight.
- Missed cells: no fill, 1.5px #5E6B78 dashed outline (3 on, 2.2 off).
- Flag: #F2B25C amber for the lowest period's card border and its percentage.
- Primary text: #E8EDF2. Secondary text: #8B97A3.

Typography (Google Fonts):
- Lexend for all text: eyebrow 12px 500 uppercase with 2.4px letter-spacing in mint; title 29px 600 #E8EDF2 stating the finding; subtitle 16px 300 #8B97A3; percentages 20px 600; period labels ("WEEK 5") 13px 500 with 1px letter-spacing; counts ("9 of 14") 12px 300; weekday initials 13px 500; column heads "AM" / "PM" 10px; legend 13px; source 12px 300.

Layout:
- 56px margins. Header at top left, then a row of blister cards across the width, then a 1px #2C343C rule and a legend row with the source on the right.
- Weekday initials (M T W T F S S) label the cell rows once, to the left of the first card.

Marks:
- Bar chart (unit bars): each period is a card (86px wide, 10px radius, 11px padding) holding a grid of 28 x 17px fully rounded cells, 7 rows by 2 columns with 8px column and 7px row gaps. Filled mint cells are units achieved; dashed empty cells are units missed, kept in their real position. The percentage sits 16px above each card: mint when at least 90%, #E8EDF2 otherwise, amber for the lowest card, whose border turns 1.6px amber. Under each card: AM and PM heads, the period label and the count.
- Line chart: a 2.5px mint line with each point drawn as a 16 x 10px rounded blister cell (mint when at or above target, dashed #5E6B78 outline when below), percentages above points in Lexend 600, the lowest point and its label in amber.

Labels and annotation:
- Legend row: a mint cell "Dose taken", a dashed cell "Dose missed" and a small amber-outlined square "Lowest week".

Avoid: red for missed doses (use empty cells, not alarm), pill clip-art, gradients, more than one flag color, and cards of different sizes.

When you're done, render the chart and check that every card has the same cell grid, the filled count and percentage agree for each period, only the lowest period uses amber, and the totals in the title and subtitle are true.
