Evaluate rights-and-conditions-of-use certification

Evaluate the effects of usage-rights certificates and the detection and revocation of violations of rights and conditions of use when buyers continue acting after data purchase.

Background

The simulation includes entity authenticity, data pre-verification, and fraud-record sharing, but omits the third trust layer: rights and conditions of use. Such violations occur after a transaction, for example when a buyer uses data beyond the permitted purpose or redistributes them. The paper identifies the need to model buyers as continuing agents and to assess how usage-rights certificates, violation detection, and revocation affect market outcomes.

Our simulation also targets a single market and does not model the cross-market portability of trust itself; a model with multiple markets in which DCGO certifications are or are not mutually recognized is future work.
