Mechanisms operating in stellar cores

Determine how the physical processes in stellar cores operate, given that stellar cores cannot be observed directly and the relevant mechanisms are not exactly known.

Background

The paper motivates stochastic forcing in the magnetic induction equation by interpreting the domain as a star whose source term is supported in the stellar core. Because the stellar core cannot be directly observed, the physical mechanism generating the driving force is uncertain, which motivates modeling it through a stochastic process.

References

Unfortunately, in actual models, it is not exactly known how the processes in the star core work since stellar cores cannot be observed directly (see, e.g.,).
