Background

The paper attempts to use a high-quality example review (CD010438) from CLEF TAR for one-shot prompting but cannot reconstruct a PubMed-valid query from the CLEF TAR formulation. Without such a query, the example-based prompts (q4 and q5) for CLEF TAR cannot be run, limiting generalizability and replication of prior experimental designs.

We tried to reconstruct the authors' high-quality review with the ID CD010438, by using Polyglot to translate the CLEF TAR query to their used example query, but we did not succeed in creating a similar valid query. Thus we could not run the relevant example queries q4 and q5 for the CLEF TAR dataset.
