From Swampland to Phenomenology and Back

Published 10 Apr 2019 in hep-ph and hep-th | (1904.05357v2)

Abstract: Swampland conjectures are a set of proposed necessary conditions for a low-energy effective field theory to have a UV completion inside a theory of quantum gravity. Swampland conjectures have interesting phenomenological consequences, and conversely phenomenological considerations are useful guidelines in sharping our understanding of quantum gravity.
