Bishop and Laplacian comparison theorems on Sasakian manifolds

Abstract: We prove a Bishop volume comparison theorem and a Laplacian comparison theorem for a natural sub-Riemannian structure defined on Sasakian manifolds. This generalizes the earlier work for the three dimensional case.
