Validate experimentally the exact 31.86-minute reaction-time recommendation for the Baicalin–Geniposide molecular pair and determine whether it produces the predicted self-assembly outcome.

Background

NSA-Agent uses NSA-Net condition-aware prediction scores to search the formulation space of the Baicalin–Geniposide pair. In the reported case study, the agent explored component ratio and reaction time over five rounds while holding molecular identity, pH, and temperature fixed, ultimately identifying an A:B ratio of approximately 2.209:2 at 31.86 minutes as the highest-scoring proposal.

The paper explicitly distinguishes model-based prioritization from experimental validation: the exact 31.86-minute condition was not tested in the reported wet-lab experiments. Consequently, whether this precise recommendation yields the predicted nanoscale self-assembly outcome remains unresolved and requires prospective testing.
