Determine whether registry publication was attempted

Determine whether publication of the eligible Studio artifacts was attempted, whether sufficient review time had elapsed, or whether the absence of registry entries was an expected consequence of the manual review gate.

Background

The study observed no registry entry for any eligible artifact, although two attempts produced payloads that exceeded the stored package/security threshold. Registry availability was treated as a distinct organizational status rather than evidence of build completion. The retained traces do not establish whether publication was initiated, whether review was still pending, or whether the system’s manual gate prevented publication. Resolving this uncertainty is necessary for interpreting the difference between technically generated artifacts and artifacts made available to others.

References

We do not know whether publication was attempted, whether sufficient review time had elapsed, or whether the absence was an expected consequence of the manual gate.
