Determine whether the intervention preserves the fixed-transition-graph condition

Determine whether the proposed antisense-oligonucleotide intervention acts multiplicatively on a fixed transition graph without opening or closing transitions, and quantify the resulting reference ambiguity if it does not.

Background

The framework claims that the perturbation-induced change in the frenetic observable is reference-independent only when the intervention acts multiplicatively on a fixed transition graph. An intervention that creates a new absorbing or sequestration channel would invalidate the cancellation argument between the unperturbed and perturbed path measures. Establishing whether the proposed intervention satisfies this condition is therefore necessary before interpreting the frenetic-sector change as a physically meaningful quantity.

Whether the proposed intervention satisfies the multiplicative condition is an open item (Section~\ref{sec:milestone2}).
