Determine tractable claim combinations for large federations

Determine which subsets of privacy claims should be jointly analyzed in larger multi-institutional federations and develop tool support for performing that compositional analysis.

Background

The claim register grows with the number of protected assets and observer roles, while compositional analysis can become exponential because an observer may combine views across claims, stages, institutions, and time. The paper observes that sparsity and role aggregation can make the problem manageable in smaller settings, but leaves unresolved how to select the relevant combinations at larger federation scale and how tools should assist that process.
