Existence of IR SCFT for Sp(N) with two symmetric tensors and 2Nf fundamentals

Prove that the four-dimensional N=1 Sp(N) gauge theory with two rank-2 symmetric tensors S and 2Nf fundamental chiral multiplets Q (with superpotential W=0 and even number of fundamentals) flows to an interacting superconformal field theory in the infrared for all integers N and Nf satisfying 0 \le Nf < N+1.

Background

This Sp(N) Type II theory displays a=c at leading order and sparse spectra. The a-maximization paper suggests unitary central charges and no decoupled operators throughout the window, supporting the conjecture of an interacting IR SCFT.

At Nf=0 the model is related to mass-deformed N=4 SYM after integrating out one adjoint.

References

We therefore conjecture that this theory flows to an interacting SCFT for $0\leq N_f < N+1$.
