Existence of IR SCFT for SU(N) with two adjoints plus Nf fundamentals

Prove that the four-dimensional N=1 SU(N) gauge theory with two adjoint chiral multiplets \Phi and Nf pairs of fundamental Q and anti-fundamental \widetilde{Q} chiral multiplets (with superpotential W=0) flows to an interacting superconformal field theory in the infrared for all integers N and Nf satisfying 0 \le Nf \le N.

Background

This SU(N) theory extends adjoint matter content and exhibits the Type II universality with a=c at leading order. The analysis indicates good behavior under a-maximization across the entire allowed window, including non-trivial conformal manifold at the upper bound, leading to the conjecture of an interacting IR SCFT.

The large-N features align with sparse spectra and universal central charges.

References

We therefore conjecture that this theory flows to an interacting SCFT for $0\leq N_f \leq N$.
