Scalability of Progressive Experience Fusion beyond two dimensions
Establish whether the Progressive Experience Fusion framework can scale beyond the two evaluated dimensions of vascular environment and navigation subtask to higher-dimensional endovascular task structures.

While this work focuses on navigation, the same hierarchical structure could accommodate downstream endovascular intervention tasks such as clot retrieval or stent deployment as additional task layers. The concept is plausible given that navigation in the neck vasculature is arguably the most challenging aspect of MT and has been demonstrated here. The realization of such a generalizable agent would represent a significant advancement toward fully autonomous endovascular interventions.
