Extension beyond univariate time-series classification

Extend TIGER, currently evaluated only for univariate time-series classification, to multivariate time-series classification and to other tasks such as extrinsic regression.

Background

The reported TIGER evaluation is restricted to univariate time series and classification. The applicability of its representation, shared base-classifier, and adaptive meta-classification design to multivariate time series and to other predictive tasks has not been established.

Finally, TIGER has only been evaluated on univariate time series classification. Extending it to multivariate time series, and to other tasks such as extrinsic regression, is also left to future work.
