Expressing arbitrary HGRNs by induced HGRNs with auxiliary dimensions

Ascertain whether every hybrid gene regulatory network can be represented or simulated by an induced hybrid gene regulatory network by introducing auxiliary gene dimensions, thereby expressing general HGRN dynamics within the induced HGRN framework.

Background

Induced HGRNs impose structured celerities derived from a weighted influence graph and assume two discrete levels per gene. The authors established that inducedness can be decided in polynomial time and that the corresponding influence graph, if it exists, is unique.

They ask whether arbitrary HGRNs can nonetheless be encoded within the induced framework by augmenting the system with auxiliary dimensions (genes), which would relate the expressiveness of general and induced HGRNs.
