Compare Matoi with FCD’s implementation and reviewed profile pipeline

Determine whether Matoi provides an advantage over Formation-Consistent Dispatch’s implementation or its reviewed profile pipeline, under separately fixed obligations and workloads.

Background

The paper positions Matoi as a narrower system for reusing checked consequence evidence under state changes, while Formation-Consistent Dispatch (FCD) already includes reusable reviewed profiles, release expansion, verified-capability caching, and durable lease markers. Although the paper describes conceptual distinctions between the systems, it does not provide a comparative evaluation against FCD’s implementation or profile pipeline. Establishing whether Matoi offers any practical or substantive advantage therefore remains unresolved.
