The universal measure of nonstochastic objects

Abstract: The usual definitions of stochasticity are very different from Kolmogorov's original definition as given in Shen's notes from November 1981. This note simplifies Kolmogorov's definition and shows that the universal machine generates nonstochastic objects with surprisingly high probability.
