Anti-concentration with respect to random permutations

Published 7 Jan 2026 in math.PR and math.CO | (2601.04384v1)

Abstract: Classical anti-concentration results focus on the random sum S:=<em>i=1nξiviS := \sum <em>{i=1}n ξ_i v_i, where ξiξ_i are independent random variables and viv_i are real numbers. In this paper, we prove new concentration results concerning the random sum S:=</em>i=1nwπiviS := \sum</em>{i=1}n w_{π_i } v_i , where wi,viw_i , v_i are real numbers and ππ is a random permutation.
