Structure of leptonic Yukawa couplings in the Zee model

Published 26 Aug 2025 in hep-ph and hep-ex | (2508.18757v1)

Abstract: The radiative neutrino mass matrix mνm\nu in the Zee model depends on leptonic Yukawa couplings FF to a singlet scalar and YℓY\ell to a new Higgs doublet. Leveraging the skew-symmetric structure of FF, we derive a unique identity linking FF and mνm\nu that is explicitly independent of YℓY\ell. This relation implies that five entries of YℓY\ell can, in principle, be determined directly from mνm\nu and FF, while the remaining four can be selected based on phenomenological assumptions. As an illustration, we apply this framework to the two-zero texture B2B2, highlighting its enhancement of the muon g−2g-2.
