Acyclic toric sheaves

Abstract: Let $\mathcal E$ be a torus-linearised reflexive sheaf over a smooth projective toric variety. Based on a theorem of Perlman-Smith, we prove an explicit sufficient condition for $\mathcal E$ to be acyclic via Weil decorations.
