Asymptotic lengths of permutahedra and associahedra

Abstract: We define asymptotic lengths for families of oriented polytopes. We show that permutahedra with weak order orientations have asymptotic total length 1 and associahedra with Tamari order orientations have asymptotic total length 1/2.
