Ellipsoidal Universe and Cosmic Shear

Abstract: We consider a Bianchi I geometry of the Universe. We obtain a cosmic shear expression related with the eccentricity of the Universe. In particular we study the connection among cosmic shear, eccentricity and CMB. The equation are self-contained with only two parameters.
