Discrete conformal structures on surfaces with boundary (II) -- Rigidity and Existence

Abstract: This is a continuation of \cite{X-Z DCS1} studying the discrete conformal structures on surfaces with boundary, in which we gave a classification of the discrete conformal structures on surfaces with boundary. In this paper, we prove the rigidity and existence of these discrete conformal structures on surfaces with boundary.
