CMB two-point angular correlation function in the Ellipsoidal Universe

Abstract: We suggest that the Ellipsoidal Universe cosmological model, proposed several years ago to account for the low quadrupole temperature-temperature correlation of the Cosmic Microwave Background, can also provide temperature-temperature two-point angular correlation function in reasonable agreement with Planck observations.
