Abstract: By Poissonization of Jacobi structures on real three-dimensional Lie groups $\mathbf{G}$ and using the realizations of their Lie algebras, we obtain integrable bi-Hamiltonian systems on $\mathbf{G}\otimes \mathbb{R}$.
