Pullbacks of metric bundles and Cannon-Thurston maps

Abstract: In this version of the paper the exposition is improved and gaps in some of the arguments filled following referee comments. We also include an appendix explaining the equivalence of flaring conditions for a metric bundle and the canonical metric graph bundle associated to it.
