Arithmetic jet spaces

Abstract: We extend Borger's construction of algebraic jet spaces to allow for an arbitrary prolongation sequence, clarify the relation between Borger's and Buium's jet spaces and compare them in the extended sense. As a result, we strengthen a result of Buium on the relation between Greenberg's transform and the special fiber of jet spaces, including the ramified case.
