Photon drag of superconducting fluctuations in 2D systems

Published 2 Oct 2019 in cond-mat.supr-con | (1910.00832v2)

Abstract: The theory of photon drag of superconducting fluctuations in the two-dimensional electron gas is developed. It is shown that the frequency dependence of the induced current is qualitatively similar to the case of photon drag of conventional two-dimensional degenerate electron gas. With the decreasing temperature the magnitude of the effect increases dramatically and the current of superconducting fluctuations carries an additional power of reduced temperature in comparison with the Aslamazov-Larkin contribution. The magnitude of the developed effect is expected sufficient to be visible against the conventional photocurrent background.
