Abstract: We show that in a bounded Gromov hyperbolic domain $\Omega$ smooth functions with bounded derivatives $C^{\infty(\Omega)\cap} W^{{k,\infty}(\Omega)$} are dense in the homogeneous Sobolev spaces $L^{{k,p}(\Omega)$.}
