Manifolds with many hyperbolic planes

Abstract: We construct examples of complete Riemannian manifolds having the property that every geodesic lies in a totally geodesic hyperbolic plane. Despite the abundance of totally geodesic hyperbolic planes, these examples are not locally homogenous.
