Horndeski black hole observational properties

Abstract: We examine geodesics for scalar-tensor black holes in the Horndeski-Galileon non-minimal kinetic coupling framework. Our analysis shows that bound orbits may not be present within some model parameters range. Using the observational data we pose bounds on possible solution parameter values, as well as initial model parameters.
