Gauge theory of gravity and matter (1408.1994v1)

Abstract: It is shown how to write the first order action for gravity in a gauge theoretic formalism where the spin connection and frame field degrees of freedom are assimilated together into a gauge connection. It is then shown how to couple the theory to spin-0, 1/2, 1 and 3/2 fields in a gauge invariant fashion. The results hold in any number of spacetime dimensions.
