Maximizing Spin Torque Diode Voltage by Optimizing Magnetization Alignment
Published 26 Apr 2013 in cond-mat.mes-hall | (1304.7079v1)
Abstract: The optimum condition of the magnetization alignment to maximize the spin torque diode voltage is derived by solving the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation. We show that the optimized diode voltage can be one order of magnitude larger than that of the conventional alignment where the easy axes of the free and the pinned layers are parallel. These analytical predictions are confirmed by numerical simulations.
