Non-equilibrium local pair potential enhancement

Abstract: We propose a new mechanism for the local pair potential enhancement with the help of electromagnetic control fields. The mechanism is based on the creation of non-equilibrium, spatially localized Bogoliubov quasiparticle excitations, which result in a significant enhancement of the local pair potential and the local transition temperature T_c.
