Charmonium and Bottomonium at $e^+e^-$ colliders

Abstract: We review recent charmonium and bottomonium spectroscopy results from the B-factories Belle and \babar. A particular focus is given to the new $\eta_{c}(1S)$ and $\eta_{c}(2S)$ measurement and to the radiative transitions from $\Upsilon (2S)$ and $\Upsilon (3S)$ with converted photons.
