Quivers without loops admit global dimension 2

Published 19 Oct 2010 in math.RT and math.RA | (1010.3871v1)

Abstract: Let QQ be a finite quiver without loops. Then there is an admissible ideal II such that the algebra kQ/IkQ/I has global dimension at most two and is (strongly) quasi-hereditary. In addition some other (strongly) quasi-hereditary algebras $kQ/I'$ are constructed with bigger global dimension.
