Within-group agreement over recruitment rates

Determine whether members of a group agree on the value of the group’s recruitment rate μ_i when each member bears the crowding caused by its nestmates.

Background

In the model, each group is represented as choosing a single recruitment rate μ_i, even though the resulting recruitment rate affects all group members by changing congestion at the shared foraging site. The analysis does not specify how individual interests are aggregated or whether members have aligned preferences over the group-level recruitment strategy.

The unresolved issue is whether group members agree about the appropriate recruitment rate when each individual experiences the crowding generated by other members of the same group. Resolving it would require extending the model to address within-group preference alignment or conflict over recruitment.
