Verify structural identifiability across the full reparameterized model library

Establish structural identifiability for all reparameterized models in the 13,824-model library after removal of the scaling symmetry, including those not individually verified because of computational limitations.

Background

The modeling framework initially exhibited a scaling symmetry causing non-identifiability. The authors removed this symmetry by reparameterization and verified structural identifiability for a subset of models using available algorithms.

Due to computational limitations, they could not verify identifiability for all models, leaving an unresolved question regarding the remaining models’ identifiability.

References

Although we cannot verify the structural identifiability of all remaining models due to computational limitations, removing at least this ubiquitous symmetry should improve the reliability of parameter estimation.
