Ascertain whether the ESPPU ECR survey distribution reached early‑career researchers in the targeted particle physics experiments that did not respond, and quantify the coverage.

The authors attempted broad dissemination of their survey across many collaborations and institutes. However, they explicitly note uncertainty about whether the survey message reached ECRs at certain experiments due to lack of response.

Clarifying this would help assess the representativeness of the survey and guide improvements in future community inputs.
