Ordering temperatures of VPTe3 and MnPTe3

Determine the transition temperatures of the predicted antiferromagnetic VPTe3 and MnPTe3 compounds.

Background

The paper identifies VPTe3 and MnPTe3 as additional predicted members of the Neel-ordered MPX3 monolayer family and presents them as candidate materials for Floquet-induced compensated in-plane polarization. Their magnetic transition temperatures are a necessary materials parameter for assessing experimental feasibility and thermal stability, but the paper states that these temperatures have not yet been established.

The tellurides $\mathrm{VPTe_3}$ and $\mathrm{MnPTe_3}$ provide additional predicted members of this family, although their transition temperatures have not yet been established.
