Determine whether all graviton-parity fortuitous classes lift at one loop

Determine whether every fortuitous class with the charge-conjugation parity of gravitons in its charge sector becomes lifted at one loop, or whether some such classes survive the first quantum correction and require analysis at higher order.

Background

The paper argues that one-loop pairings preserve charge-conjugation parity and that a pairing between a fortuitous source and a non-Coulomb monotone can occur only when the source has graviton parity. In the opposite-parity sector, any nonzero pairing must instead involve two fortuitous classes.

These parity restrictions do not imply that every fortuitous class participates in a pairing. The unresolved issue is whether graviton-parity fortuitous classes universally lift at one loop or whether some remain in the quantum cohomology.

It remains to determine whether all fortuitous classes with graviton parity lift at one loop, or whether some survive this order and require a higher-order analysis.
