Extend the main semiflow result to arbitrary semiflows

Prove or disprove that Proposition prop:GAS:homotopy:semiflow holds for all semiflows that render the origin globally asymptotically stable, without requiring that the semiflow be generated by a vector field.

Background

The current results rely on semiflows generated by (possibly discontinuous) vector fields to leverage Lyapunov theory and Filippov regularization. Some semiflows are not generated by vector fields, yet can exhibit attractors.

The authors provide an example (a suspension flow on a mapping torus) illustrating such semiflows and ask whether the stability-preserving homotopy result can be extended beyond vector-field-generated semiflows.
