Extension to Other Shells and Multi-Turn Recovery

Investigate command-path reliability beyond POSIX/Bash shells and in multi-turn recovery settings, which remain open beyond the scope of the QuoteBench benchmark.

Background

QuoteBench deliberately isolates one-shot Bash generation under quotation and interpolation hazards. The benchmark excludes other shells and multi-turn recovery, so its findings do not establish whether the observed command-path effects generalize to those settings.

The authors explicitly identify both broader shell coverage and multi-turn recovery as unresolved areas rather than evaluating them in the present study.

References

The typed-operation study is limited to six naturally typeable families, and other shells and multi-turn recovery remain open.
