Establish semantics for the random-variable monads

Establish semantics for the monads of continuous random variables developed over the categories of $T_0$ spaces, d-spaces, sober spaces, dcpos, and bounded complete domains.

Background

The paper constructs monad structures based on Mislove-style random variables, including a monad on bounded complete domains and related structures on several categories of non-Hausdorff spaces. Although these algebraic constructions are developed, the paper explicitly states that no semantics has yet been established for them. Such semantics would connect the monads to probabilistic programming, stochastic processes, or other computational interpretations.

References

The most prominent issue is that we do not establish any semantics with our monad yet.
