Diagnose Mirage determinism-tester hang

Determine why the Mirage persistent mega-kernel hangs when executed under the RESOLVE determinism tester.

Background

Mirage is a system that compiles a model into a persistent mega-kernel. The authors attempted to execute it under RESOLVE’s determinism-testing phase, but the execution hung. Because the cause could not be identified, the paper reports no results for Mirage, leaving the source of the failure unresolved.
