Determine omitted service-side request defaults

Determine the effective service-side defaults for request parameters omitted from the recorded model-call requests in the CTXGAP measurement pipeline.

Background

The CTXGAP pipeline records model calls for atom extraction, probe generation, observation, and grading, but some request parameters were omitted from the archived requests. In particular, the protocol audit notes that effective service-side defaults cannot be inferred from the available records.

Establishing these defaults would clarify the reproducibility and interpretation of the reported measurements, especially where omitted parameters could affect model sampling or response behavior.

References

Effective service-side defaults for omitted request parameters remain unknown.
