Determine distances for two POKEMON targets lacking measurements

Determine accurate parallax-based distances for the two POKEMON sample objects for which distance measurements could not be obtained, using Gaia DR3 or validated alternative astrometric sources, in order to ascertain whether they lie within the 15 pc volume-limited sample of M-dwarf primaries.

Background

The POKEMON survey aims to establish a volume-limited sample of M-dwarf primaries within 15 pc to measure multiplicity and companion rates. While Gaia DR3 provides precise parallaxes for most targets, a subset of objects lacked Gaia parallaxes, prompting the authors to gather distances from 18 additional sources.

Despite these efforts, two targets in the original POKEMON sample still lack distance measurements, preventing their inclusion or exclusion from the 15-pc volume-limited sample. Resolving these distances is necessary to finalize the sample definition and ensure unbiased multiplicity statistics.
