Coarsest equivalence for nondeterministic probabilistic processes under justness

Characterize the coarsest semantic equivalence on nondeterministic probabilistic processes that preserves liveness properties when assuming justness but not fairness.

Background

Existing testing-based characterisations for probabilistic processes respect liveness under progress but not necessarily under justness. Extending these results to justness will support verification of systems combining nondeterminism and probability without relying on fairness, aligning with the agenda’s liveness goals.
