Uniform boundedness of conformal energy for the 3D quasilinear wave equation (2501.12103v1)

Abstract: In this paper, we are interested in the three-dimensional quasilinear wave equations under the null condition, a basic model in the study of nonlinear wave-type equations, which was first studied in the seminal works of Christodoulou \cite{Christodoulou86} and Klainerman \cite{Klainerman86}. The main goal of this paper is to show that the lower-order conformal energy for the solution to this model is uniformly bounded.
